Anxiety Symptoms Anxiety Attack Anxiety Disorder Social |
I suffered from a social anxiety disorder and had the most difficult symptoms like not being able to talk to people, avoiding relationships and fear of being watched, however by facing my problem and going out to meet people i was able to recover from it, but it was difficult for many years.
Usually people that have social phobia are terrified of meeting new people and feel a terrible fear of being watched and judged by others. However the symptoms depend on every person, there are people with social anxiety that have the problem in specific cases.
For example a person that has anxiety of public speaking has a specific anxiety disorder, the same with a person afraid of reading aloud, a person afraid of interviews, a person afraid of being in public places.
However generalized social anxiety is when the person has fear of every kind of social interaction, from public speaking, social interaction, meeting people, relatioships, working with others and anything that has anything to do with social activities.
In those cases the problem is more severe because the person cant have a normal life, he will want to avoid any social activities and live alone and that can lead to depression, anxiety attacks and an unhealthy life.
If you want to have a happy life you need to create relationships with other people, you cant live just alone by hiding your self. Panic attacks are not uncommon in those people, however with a proper treatment is possible to significantly improve your problem.
