Remember that they might want you to buy more products for their own benefit, but it might not be the best for you.
The safest social anxiety treatment is to to with a psychotherapist and try a Cognitive behavior therapy. You can achieve great long term results. Instead the use of drugs will not solve the problem, it will be just a temporary or short term solution that will cost you a lot.
